Since each web site is individually designed with its own specifications and requirements, it usually does not fit into a cookie cutter pricing scheme.  Prices vary according to individual need.  Adding services such as Macromedia Flash, digital image editing services, GIF animations, etc. to your site will take more time and expertise therefore will reflect an increase in price.
